Privacy Policy

We believe transparency matters. This policy explains what data POTA on the GO collects, how it's used, when it's shared, and what controls you have.

App: POTA on the GO, distributed for Android via Google Play.

What's covered: All data processed through the app's account, map, logging, notification, advertising, and in-app purchase features.
Compliance basis: This policy is structured to meet Google Play User Data and Data Safety disclosure requirements.

We never sell your personal data. All data processing is limited to app operation, reliability, security, billing, and necessary business functions.

Service providers: We share data with infrastructure partners solely to deliver app features — authentication, analytics, push notifications, ads, billing, and map/radio data.
Legal obligations: We may disclose data when required by law, legal proceedings, or enforceable government requests.
Safety & security: Limited data sharing may occur to protect users, prevent fraud, or investigate security incidents.

How long we keep data: Only as long as needed for service operation, entitlement validation, security, legal requirements, and dispute resolution.
Your device controls: You can revoke permissions (location, notifications), sign out, clear app data, or uninstall at any time.
Data deletion: Request account-related data deletion via our Support Center.

POTA on the GO is not designed for or directed at children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Security: We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
International processing: Some providers process data across multiple countries. Transfers are limited to service operation and protected by each provider's security controls.

Updates: We may update this policy when app behavior, SDK usage, legal requirements, or Play Store disclosures change. Material changes will be noted here.
